We are currently supporting a leading private equity advisory firm in Guernsey in their search for a CDD Contractor.
This short-term contract (3 months, with possible extension) offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in investor due diligence within a high-performing compliance team.
Responsibilities include:
- Assess CDD requirements for prospective investors and ensure all necessary documentation is obtained.
- Review and collate CDD files, liaising with investors, counterparties, and the Investor Services team to resolve queries.
- Conduct screening for adverse information using online search tools and complete risk assessments for approval.
- Support periodic CDD reviews and contribute to enhancing compliance processes, procedures, and documentation.
You should have strong analytical skills with a proactive, adaptable approach to workload management, and the ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. You should also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative team-player attitude and have an understanding of Guernsey investment regulations, AML/CFT requirements, and compliance frameworks.
