Trust Our client is seeking a dedicated Temp Assistant Trust & Company Administrator to join their team in St Peter Port, Guernsey. This temporary position plays a vital role in supporting the administration of trust and company services, ensuring the seamless operation of various client portfolios. Job Duties:

Assist with the general administration of a diverse range of trusts and companies managed by the team. Manage general correspondence with clients, banks, advisors, and investment managers. Address statutory requirements for corporate clients, including support with Annual Validations or Returns, Annual General Meetings, and maintenance of Corporate Registers. Organise diaries for recurrent activities and support the establishment of offshore trusts and companies across various jurisdictions. Complete a variety of trust and company transactions in line with company policies and procedures. Prepare trust and company minutes for meetings of the trustees/directors. Input and maintain accurate corporate and trust database information. Conduct trust and company risk assessments and reviews for all client structures according to company policies. Support banking and investment transactions by checking account balances and processing transfers and payments as necessary. Liaise with stockbrokers and investment managers regarding investment portfolios. Manage banking and safe custody needs for investment transactions. Ensure regular collection of fee income for structures under administration and maintain time sheets with a target time charge rate of 85%. Answer overflow telephone calls and carry out messenger duties when required. Assist with ad hoc duties and project support as directed.

Job Requirements:

Strong numerate and written communication skills. Willingness to pursue relevant professional qualifications. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office 2016 and an openness to training on other platforms, including Cezanne, 4series, eDocs, and Electronic Banking. Must be 17 years old or over with confident communication skills.
