As Audit Manager in their Guernsey or Jersey office, you’ll manage a portfolio of clients across the full audit cycle, guide a high-performing team, and deliver top-tier client service.
You’ll work with senior leadership to solve complex challenges and drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and review audits from budgeting to completion
- Build trusted client relationships and respond to technical queries
- Lead, coach, and support teams across onshore and offshore locations
- Contribute to firm-wide innovation and digital transformation initiatives
You’ll have a year in an Audit Manager role, ideally with Big 4 exposure. Strong technical knowledge, people leadership, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset are key. Financial services experience is also a plus.
