Are you ready to take your first big step into the insurance industry? We’re seeking a proactive and detail-focused Client Insurance Executive to join a dynamic and professional team in Guernsey. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of office experience and a desire to build a meaningful career in insurance.
You’ll play a key role in managing client insurance portfolios, supporting senior colleagues, and working directly with reinsurers and external stakeholders—all while being supported through professional development and qualification pathways.
Responsibilities include:
- Handling day-to-day insurance and reinsurance administration across client portfolios
- Preparing board meeting packs, presenting insurance matters, and taking minutes
- Assisting with claims, policy renewals, and reinsurance documentation
- Liaising with auditors, regulators, and other stakeholders to ensure high standards of service
You may have 1–2 years of office experience, possibly in finance or administration, and a solid academic background (good A-level grades). You’re detail-oriented, professional, and eager to learn. Previous insurance knowledge is a bonus—but not essential. Most importantly, you’re committed to building a long-term, rewarding career.
