One of our esteemed clients, a leading independent provider of private wealth, corporate administration, and yacht services, is seeking a People Business Partner to join them on an 18-month fixed-term contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident HR professional to step up into a Business Partner role or further develop their expertise in a fast-paced, global environment.
Responsibilities include
- Provide high-quality, commercially focused People advice across the employee lifecycle.
- Partner with managers on recruitment, onboarding, performance, employee relations, reward, engagement, and wellbeing.
- Contribute to local and group-wide People initiatives, embedding values and improving ways of working.
- Use HR systems to streamline processes, drive efficiencies, and support multi-jurisdictional working.
This role would suit a CIPD-qualified (Level 5 or above) HR professional, or someone with equivalent experience, who is proactive, resilient, and commercially minded. Strong relationship-building skills, confidence with HR systems, and the ability to balance competing priorities will be key to your success.
