Job Summary
This role will report to the Head of Financial Reporting and will be supporting the consolidation and external reporting processes across the Group. It will suit an individual with demonstrable experience in financial reporting, delivering consolidated financial statements and managing audit processes.
Job Accountabilities
- Preparation of monthly Group consolidation
- Managing and reconciling intercompany transactions and balances
- Maintain up to date technical knowledge of relevant accounting standards, and ensure adherence to these in the Group’s financial reporting
- Assist on technical accounting matters
- Assist with design and implementation of group policies and procedures crucial for financial reporting
- Review ledgers as part of quality control function
- Supporting with statutory audit and accounting processes
- Support the Group audit, preparing audit files and responding to queries
- Assist with preparation of interim and annual consolidated financial statements
Minimum Education and Experience
- Educated to Degree Level standard, or equivalent
- Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACCA or equivalent) professional qualification
- Previous experience with Group accounting preferred

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations, including GAAP and IFRS
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to build morale and team spirit and act as an ambassador of the Group’s values.
