Funds, Trainee / Graduate Our client is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Client Relationship Manager to join their dynamic team in Guernsey. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in managing client expectations and delivering high-quality administration services. The successful candidate will contribute to ensuring clients receive timely and efficient service, supporting a diverse portfolio of fund and corporate structures. Job Duties:

Assist the team in delivering a high level of professional service to a varied portfolio of client relationships. Process payments and ensure that trackers, logs, and checklists are meticulously updated and maintained throughout each process. Collaborate with team members to prepare for board meetings, aiding in drafting reports and organising meeting papers. Attend client board meetings alongside a more senior team member. Draft board meeting agendas, simpler minutes, and written resolutions under guidance. Support adherence to good governance within company boards, gaining an understanding of when it needs to be applied. Liaise with professional third-party firms and/or Directors as required. Assist in the processing of Capital Calls and Distributions, monitoring cash flow and reconciling bank accounts accordingly. Process documentation related to investment transactions and liaise with various parties throughout corporate actions. Ensure compliance with company operating procedures, regulatory and legal requirements, and contribute to company-wide objectives. Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities assigned by your Manager.

Job Requirements:

While previous experience is advantageous, our client welcomes applications from candidates with limited experience, including school, college, or university leavers. A willingness to work towards a relevant professional qualification, for example, CGI, is beneficial. Proactive and forward-thinking with the ability to work independently and use initiative effectively. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Strong organisational skills with the ability to work to deadlines and actively define KPIs. A commitment to embodying the brand values of empowering responsible ambition.
