Accounting Our client, an independent and leading provider of bespoke private wealth, corporate administration, and yacht services, is seeking a Financial Reporting Accountant. This full-time position is integral to the central services team, offering the opportunity to work closely with colleagues across a global network. Reporting to the Head of Financial Reporting, this role will focus on supporting the consolidation and external reporting processes across the Group, making it ideal for those with a strong background in financial reporting and audit management. Job Duties:
Preparation of monthly Group consolidation. Managing and reconciling intercompany transactions and balances. Maintaining up-to-date technical knowledge of relevant accounting standards to ensure compliance in the Group’s financial reporting. Assisting on technical accounting matters. Supporting the design and implementation of group policies and procedures essential for financial reporting. Reviewing ledgers as part of the quality control function. Assisting with statutory audit and accounting processes, including preparing audit files and responding to queries. Contributing to the preparation of interim and annual consolidated financial statements.
Job Requirements:
Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations, including GAAP and IFRS. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Capacity to build morale and team spirit while embodying the Group’s values.
