Are you an experienced operations or risk professional ready to take a lead role in ensuring robust controls and governance across a dynamic fiduciary business?

Joining their Guernsey office as Manager – Operations & Business Support, you’ll work closely with leadership and client-facing teams to ensure that internal systems, policies, and procedures remain sharp, compliant, and risk-aware.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and implement key policies and procedures across the business
  • Lead risk monitoring, internal control enhancements, and regulatory reporting
  • Manage outsourcing frameworks and drive governance committee participation
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, compliance, and development

You’ll bring at least 5 years’ relevant experience, a strong understanding of operational and AML / CFT risks, and a proven ability to drive initiatives with impact.
