Our client, a respected financial services provider based in Guernsey, is URGENTLY seeking a CDD Onboarding / Review Analyst to join their Compliance team immediately on a contract basis for a maximum of 6 months. This role is central to ensuring the business meets its legal, regulatory, and internal standards when onboarding new corporate clients.

Responsibilities include:
- Identifying and collecting all required CDD documentation for new corporate clients
- Navigating public databases and internal systems to verify information
- Managing a personal portfolio of onboarding cases using internal trackers
- Conducting screening checks, flagging risks, and escalating where appropriate
You’ll need to be detail-oriented, highly organised, and comfortable managing your own caseload. Strong communication skills are essential, along with 3–5 years’ experience in CDD/onboarding roles within Guernsey’s banking, fiduciary, or insurance sectors. A solid understanding of local financial crime regulations is a must.
