We’re working with a well-established fiduciary services provider who is looking to appoint a Contractor – Trust and Company Closure Services for a 12 month contract in Guernsey.
This is a unique opportunity to join a specialist team with the potential for the role to be extended.
This role is focused on managing the wind-down of complex structures, ensuring regulatory compliance, and working closely with stakeholders throughout the closure process.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating the closure of trusts and companies in line with current legal and regulatory requirements
- Liaising with clients, intermediaries and internal teams to manage all aspects of the closure process
- Reviewing and filing documentation, settling liabilities, and overseeing the liquidation of assets
- Monitoring tax clearances and ensuring all outstanding matters are addressed
You should have a minimum five years’ experience in a fiduciary setting, with a solid background in trust closures ideally with a professional qualification (or are working towards one), together with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
