IT Application Engineer

| Feel Connected to the future at Sure by joining the B2B Applications Support team as an IT Application Engineer in Guernsey, Jersey or the Isle of Man working 37.5 hours per week on a 2 year fixed term contract basis.<br><br><br><br>To drive the role forward, the individual will provide an amazing customer experience while supporting and operating Sure's Mimecast and Managed IT services. Individuals applying will "feel connected" to our Company values, and hold the following key skills:<br><br><br><br>Microsoft 365, All Windows Platforms, (incl. Windows Virtual Desktop, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure), Intune/SCCM, Office 365, Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS), SharePoint, Teams.<br><br>Experience in supporting Mimecast products/services, ideally backed up with Mimecast Warrior and Gladiator qualifications (or equivalent with another product).<br><br>Significant experience in a similar role<br><br>Strong experience in Managed IT, technologies, and solutions.<br><br>Experience with administering Citrix technologies: ADC, Virtual Apps & Desktops and Citrix Cloud.
