Our well respected Funds client is hiring a Compliance Manager to join their Guernsey office and play a pivotal role in maintaining high regulatory standards across their growing funds business.
You’ll be the go-to expert for AML / CFT matters, regulatory reporting, and the Compliance Monitoring Programme—supporting both internal teams and clients as MLRO, MLCO, and Compliance Officer.
Responsibilities will include:
- Leading on regulatory compliance for fund structures and overseeing the CMP
- Acting as MLRO / MLCO and named Compliance Officer for client entities
- Maintaining risk registers and managing regulatory reporting and filings
- Supporting policy development, business onboarding, training, and reviews
You’ll have strong compliance experience in Guernsey finance, excellent knowledge of the funds sector, and ideally experience in a Prescribed Position.
