An ideal next step for a senior fund administrator or confident AM! You’ll play a key role overseeing fund portfolios, guiding junior team members, and maintaining high standards of compliance and client service across a varied workload.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing a portfolio of funds while ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies.
  • Reviewing and preparing financial statements, reports, and key documentation.
  • Providing guidance and mentorship to junior administrators.
  • Liaising with clients, auditors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth fund operations.

You would be a great fit if you are studying towards CGI (ICSA), ACCA or ACA — or have 5+ years’ experience in a similar role, Have a strong background in fund administration (fiduciary experience will also be considered), are detail-focused with strong communication and time management skills and njoy working in a busy, team-oriented environment with clear opportunities for growth.
