We are seeking a talented and passionate Restaurant Manager / Host to join our team at Vraic, an exciting new restaurant project on the island of Guernsey. This is a unique opportunity to help create something truly special in a stunning location.

Someone who brings energy, professionalism, and personality in equal measure, and who takes pride in delivering unforgettable guest experiences every single time. To achieve this, we are looking for candidates with experience in 3 Rosette-level or Michelin-starred restaurants, who understand the precision, service standards, and attention to detail that come with this level of dining.
As Restaurant Manager / Host, you'll be the welcoming face of Vraic. From greeting guests with warmth to leading the front-of-house team, you'll ensure every visit feels seamless and memorable.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and host guests, ensuring every diner feels valued and comfortable
- Manage reservations, service flow, and the overall guest experience
- Lead, motivate, and support the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service
- Work closely with the kitchen and management team to keep service smooth and efficient
- Handle guest feedback positively and proactively
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality at 3 Rosette level or Michelin standarddesired
- A natural people person with strong communication skills
- Organised, reliable, and able to stay calm under pressure
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
- Flexible and adaptable as the business grows
