Tszs Ltd is looking for qualified candidates to join the teams. The following positions are Manager, Chef de Partie, and Food & Beverage (F&B) Assistant to join our dynamic team.

**Manager Position Requirements:**

  • Recruit, interview, and train staff to adhere to restaurant procedures.

  • Maintain safety and food quality standards.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by gathering feedback and handling complaints.

  • Organise schedules and monitor employee attendance.

  • Order food and other supplies while staying within budget limits.

  • Supervise daily shift operations, including front- and back-of-house functions.

  • Control operational costs and identify strategies to reduce waste.

  • Evaluate staff performance and address issues through retraining or discipline as necessary.

**Chef de Partie Position Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in a similar role.

  • Strong command of cooking techniques.

  • Skills in kitchen management, teamwork, and effective communication.

**F&B Assistant Position Requirements:**

  • A commitment to providing quality service.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
