They are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager / Manager to oversee and enhance their corporate services team. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a thriving company while ensuring exceptional client service and strict regulatory compliance. Job Duties:
Oversee and manage a portfolio of clients, delivering high-quality services and ensuring client satisfaction. Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact. Understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of corporate services professionals, ensuring effective task allocation and target achievement. Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback to enhance team participation. Ensure all services comply with local regulations and internal policies, staying informed of any regulatory changes. Liaise with regulatory bodies to ensure the timely submission of required documentation. Streamline operational processes to improve efficiency and service delivery. Monitor and manage budgets and time recording to meet financial targets. Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on operations. Identify and pursue business growth opportunities within the existing client base and through new clients. Participate in business development initiatives and represent the company at networking events. Assist in developing marketing strategies and promotional activities.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field. Professional qualifications such as ICSA, ACCA, or equivalent are desirable. Minimum of 5 years' experience in corporate services, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of Jersey corporate regulations and compliance requirements. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong client relationship management skills with a client-centric approach. Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and corporate services management software.
