Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced marketing professional to lead the strategic direction of their marketing function. This role offers the opportunity to influence and shape a well-established brand within the financial services sector, working closely with senior leadership to embed a client-centric, commercially focused culture across the firm.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing leadership and strategic marketing direction to Partners and Directors.
  • Developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across a variety of channels.
  • Driving business growth through strategic planning and execution against pre-agreed targets.
  • Managing all marketing activities within the approved budget.
  • Leading a high-performing marketing team and ensuring consistent delivery across all disciplines.
  • Ensuring all marketing services are aligned with wider business objectives and brand standards.
  • Upholding brand governance and managing positioning strategies.
  • Ensuring compliance with firm policies and relevant regulatory requirements, supported by a strong understanding of the financial services sector and client expectations.

Skills / Qualifications

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong commercial acumen and be results-driven, with excellent communication and leadership skills. They will have a proven ability to influence at all levels, be comfortable making autonomous decisions, and bring a solution-oriented mindset. A hands-on approach and adaptability will be key to success in this role, particularly when driving the delivery of multi-channel campaigns and events.

Applicants should hold a relevant professional qualification such as CIM or equivalent, and have at least 10 years' senior-level marketing experience within financial services or a related professional environment. Experience managing creative outputs across various media and working within large, multi-jurisdictional brands is essential.
