This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Microsoft technologies, cloud services, and IT operations who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.<br><br><br><br>Key Accountabilities<br><br>Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of a secure, effective, and well-controlled IT environment.<br><br>Manage relationships with IT vendors and partners, ensuring service quality and accountability.<br><br>Own and resolve IT system issues from identification through to resolution.<br><br>Contribute to IT risk management, business continuity planning, and cyber security initiatives.<br><br>Maintain and develop system documentation and support materials.<br><br>Support the specification, procurement, and implementation of IT solutions aligned with business needs.<br><br>Promote a culture of learning, development, and high performance within the IT team.<br><br>Champion excellent customer and stakeholder experiences through IT service delivery.<br><br>Ensure compliance with information security and data protection policies.<br><br>Requirements<br><br><br><br>Essential Qualifications & Experience:<br><br>Relevant technical certifications (e.g., Microsoft Azure / Microsoft 365 Fundamentals).<br><br>3+ years in a senior or Level 3+ IT engineering or service provision role.<br><br>Experience with ITIL service desk operations and information security practices.<br><br><br><br>Technical Skills & Knowledge:<br><br>Strong hands-on experience with:<br><br>Windows Desktop and Server environments<br><br>Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft Exchange (2019/365)<br><br>Microsoft Intune, SharePoint, Teams, and M365 administration<br><br>VMWare or similar virtualization platforms<br><br>Understanding of risk management, business continuity, and regulated environments.<br><br><br><br>Desirable:<br><br>Advanced Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure / M365 Associate or higher).<br><br>Experience with:<br><br>SQL Server, Office 365, vulnerability management tools (e.g., Qualys, Nessus)<br><br>Automated deployment tools (e.g., PDQ)<br><br>Azure infrastructure design and management<br><br>IT project delivery and supplier management<br><br><br><br>To apply please visit<br><br>or email: |
