| We're looking for a Chef de Partie to join our team at a 4-star hotel and restaurant. You'll be part of a brigade of 6 chefs, playing a key role in the kitchen's daily operations.<br><br><br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>Prepare food before service. Manage your assigned station during service, plating and cooking dishes to a high standard. Help maintain kitchen standards and assist in the development of new menu items. Ensure all food handling and preparation follows strict health and safety guidelines. Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with the rest of the kitchen brigade.<br><br><br><br>Skills & Qualifications<br><br>At least two years of experience as a Chef de Partie. Relevant professional cookery qualifications (e.g., NVQ, City and Guilds, BTEC). A valid Food Safety/Safe Food Better Handling certificate. Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure. Strong communication and teamwork skills. A passion for cooking and a drive to learn and improve. ISLETS English exam or equivalent.<br><br><br><br>Competitive salary and share of tips.
