| Hours - Monday - Friday 8 30am - 3 00pm<br><br><br><br>Responsibilities include<br><br>• Management of Customer Service function & Sales Ledger<br><br>• General Office/Admin functions<br><br>• Support of Purchase Ledger<br><br>• Manage Incoming phone calls/Answering machine/ Daily Post<br><br>• Take orders, process, send copies of invoices<br><br>• Take enquiries, process credits where appropriate<br><br>• Responsible for Reconcile Customer Accounts monthly<br><br>• Manage BACS/Card & Cheque/Cash payments<br><br>• Daily Payment Postings<br><br>• Bank & Customer Account Reconciliation<br><br><br><br>Contact:<br><br>Tel:
