Trust Our client has an exciting opportunity for a talented Assistant Manager to join their ambitious, busy, and growing Governance Services team in Jersey. This full-time position is pivotal in providing high-quality administration for a portfolio of corporate and fiduciary clients, with a particular emphasis on delivering excellent client service levels at all times. In this role, you will assist in developing a team of motivated and proficient administrators while receiving professional development support that enables you to grow alongside the business and achieve your full potential. Administer a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring relationships and transactions are managed effectively and to the highest standard. Act as a role model to all Governance Services employees, assisting in the development of a motivated and proficient team that aligns with the firm's values. Maintain an understanding of transactions, providing technical support and training to team members when necessary. Manage client expectations and nurture valuable relationships to maximise the team's reputation in the marketplace, opening up opportunities for repeat work and referrals. Assist in the effective management of day-to-day activities, including timely processing of work, meeting transactional and procedural deadlines, and managing work in progress. Ensure consistent high-quality service levels across your portfolio, proactively addressing any identified issues. Adhere to the firm's policies and procedures at all times. Collaborate with the firm's Risk and Compliance team, ensuring accurate processing of client due diligence and maintaining up-to-date client reviews while keeping abreast of relevant regulatory changes. Assist with ongoing quality control of data input and maintenance within the corporate services practice management database. Support the annual reviews of client entities and assist with the monthly/quarterly billing process while monitoring outstanding fees.

Job Requirements:

Proven corporate administration experience. Relevant professional qualification (such as STEP or CGI). Good working knowledge of Microsoft desktop software. Familiarity with specialist software such as Document Management Systems and Viewpoint is advantageous. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively within a team. A positive, flexible approach with the ability to manage and prioritise tasks, time, and people effectively. Capability to work independently.
