A local telecoms company is seeking a motivated IT Support Engineer to join the Application Support engineering team on a 2-year fixed-term contract. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while implementing, supporting, managing, and monitoring Mimecast and Managed IT services.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Microsoft 365, Windows platforms, Intune/SCCM, Office 365, EMS, Azure, SharePoint, Teams, and email security tools, along with networking knowledge and hands-on wired and wireless experience. Citrix experience and professional certifications are advantageous.
The individual should be highly organised, proactive, and technically skilled, with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. This is a customer-focused role requiring professionalism, initiative, and the ability to work collaboratively to deliver high-quality IT solutions.
