Assist in the administration and management of various fund types, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Coordinate transactions and reporting, preparing accurate documentation for stakeholders. Collaborate with asset managers and service providers to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and changes to regulations to effectively implement best practices. Support the audit process by providing necessary documentation and responding to queries from auditors. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimising fund operations.
Job Requirements:
Proven experience or relevant knowledge in fund administration or a related finance role. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused approach. Proficiency in MS Excel and financial software is essential. Self-motivated, with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving and improvement.
