As a Senior Associate in the Private Clients team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering tailored solutions that meet the complex challenges faced by high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and investment activities. This position offers a full-time opportunity for an ambitious professional, where you will collaborate closely with colleagues and clients, driving exceptional client service and contributing to a culture that fosters growth and recognition. Job Duties:

Take responsibility for the administration and accounting needs of high-net-worth individuals and their investment and philanthropic activities. Maintain an organised approach to tasks and address ad hoc client requests with the support of management. Handle incoming correspondence promptly and escalate issues to supervisors as needed. Ensure compliance with our client's policies and procedures, effectively managing risk exposure. Provide guidance and support to junior team members while ensuring high service standards are maintained. Prepare detailed attendance notes of communications and circulate relevant information to team members. Monitor the aged debt position of client matters and collaborate with the Accounts Department to maintain control. Conduct periodic reviews of client matters in line with the established timetables. Proactively undertake projects and technical transactions as required by managers.

Job Requirements:

Educated to A level or degree standard. Ideally, candidates will have completed or be pursuing a relevant professional qualification. A minimum of 3 years' experience in Trust and Company administration or within a financial services environment. Strong technical knowledge and comprehensive understanding of current expertise. Exceptional numerical skills and keen attention to detail. Proficiency in IT with robust organisational skills. Ability to manage time effectively, work under pressure, and meet deadlines. Excellent interpersonal skills, with proficiency in communication at all levels. Proactive approach, able to work independently and make decisions within corporate policies.
