Job Description
- To administer a complex and varied portfolio of clients requiring a more senior level of technical ability and provide support to the Manager and more junior members of the team.
- Act as an effective member of the fiduciary team and assist the manager with meeting business, financial and operational initiatives and projects.
- Ensure the delivery of an excellent client service in accordance with the IQ-EQ standards and expectations.
- Actively contribute to initiatives to improve processes to drive operational excellence.
- Act as a role model to implement a culture which supports the IQ-EQ culture and ensure engagement of all team members to deliver excellent client service, operational effectiveness and efficiencies
- Participate fully and proactively in the promotion of a constructive “client servicing” culture
- Proactively contribute to the team objectives of achieving both individual and team debtor targets on a daily basis with high performance against key performance indicators achieving objectives as defined in Balanced Contribution
- Develop working effective relationships with clients and intermediaries and internal contacts to maximise client retention and identify opportunities for growth
