Compliance, Risk Our client is seeking a dedicated Policy & Procedure Specialist to play a pivotal role in ensuring that their policies and procedures are not only legally compliant but also effective and efficient, reflecting the company’s culture. This full-time position requires a professional who will review, develop, and implement internal operational policies and procedures across Private Client, Corporate, and Funds services. The successful candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements, risk management, and industry best practices, ensuring alignment with legal obligations and the company's strategic objectives. Job Duties:

Design, draft, and implement comprehensive policies and procedures tailored to our client services sectors. Ensure that all policies align with current regulatory frameworks and best practices. Review and update policies in response to changes in legislation and business strategy. Develop user-friendly documentation and guidance to support adherence to policy. Serve as a subject matter expert in policy development. Conduct analysis and undertake jurisdictional market research to inform best practices. Consult with and guide internal stakeholders, including senior management, to identify and pursue areas for improvement.

Job Requirements:

Strong proven analytical and research skills, ensuring accurate communication of information to stakeholders and senior leaders. Ability to present information and data effectively to support policy-making and implementation. In-depth knowledge of regulatory and risk management requirements relevant to the role. Experience in assessing workflows and operational practices, recommending enhancements for improved efficiency and compliance. Capacity to develop and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that track policy adherence and operational effectiveness. Experience in delivering targeted training and workshops to facilitate understanding and application of policies.
