Co-Sec Our client is seeking a meticulous and proactive Company Secretarial Administrator to support their corporate governance initiatives in Guernsey. This full-time position plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of Board Meetings and Committee sessions while adhering to statutory requirements. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for compliance, this position offers you the opportunity to thrive in a collaborative environment. Job Duties:

Assist with the administration of corporate governance, including preparation for Board Meetings and Committee meetings. Support tasks related to corporate statutory requirements and maintain corporate regulatory and commercial registrations. Maintain corporate records, agreements, banking relationship records, and signatory lists. Provide confidential company secretarial and administrative support within the Company Secretarial function. Manage stakeholder relationships to prioritise requests for signatory lists, specimen signatures, and client due diligence (CDD). Maintain the central filing system for key corporate documents. Deliver secretarial services for Management Committees and assist with ad hoc projects as needed.

Job Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the finance industry (Banking, Insurance, Trust, or Funds), ideally in a Company Secretarial role; other administrative experiences are welcomed. Working knowledge of Guernsey’s legislative and regulatory environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a client-oriented approach. Excellent attention to detail, time management, and prioritisation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement.
