Trust Our client is seeking an experienced Manager to join their dynamic team in Private Wealth and Corporate Services. With a focus on providing outstanding service to a varied portfolio of clients, you will be instrumental in managing complex client affairs alongside the Director. Manage the formation and ongoing administration of a portfolio of clients with complex requirements, ensuring exceptional service delivery in collaboration with the Director and team managers. Serve as the main point of authority on day-to-day administration queries and conduct 4-eyes reviews to ensure compliance with company policies and professional standards. Maintain an unwavering commitment to data integrity, focusing on maximising system efficiency and enhancing client service. Mentor and supervise junior team members, contributing to their training and professional development. Identify and propose process improvements, policy updates, and innovative service enhancements to elevate client experiences. Ensure strict compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies, including anti-money laundering and record-keeping requirements. Undertake project work and initiatives as directed by your Manager.

Job Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in corporate administration and private wealth fiduciary services. A relevant professional qualification, such as ICSA or STEP. Strong technical knowledge of applicable laws and regulatory requirements. High attention to detail with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently while fostering a collaborative culture.
