Passionate about their people and communities, the ideal individual would hold the following skills:<br><ul><li><p>We encourage that candidates have prior experience within a fast-paced office/call centre environment for this position.</p></li><li><p>A passion for putting the customer first and achieving customer focussed outcomes whilst having high levels of empathy.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to translate the complex into more easily understood terms.</p></li><li><p>Well organised and methodical, driven to produce accurate and quality work.</p></li><li><p>Self-motivated and driven to take responsibility for customer issues, seeing them through to completion. </p></li></ul><br><br><br>To drive the role forward, the individual will provide an efficient and professional service to customers over the phone or online, supporting customer queries, faults, and requests for service. You will strive for customer excellence and ensure all customers are dealt with efficiently and in a welcoming and friendly way.<br><br><br><br>Current shift plan details: Week 1 8:00-16:30 / Week 2 8:30-17:00 / Week 3 10:30-19:00 / Week 4 one of the above shifts, this is to cover holidays.
