Our international banking client are seeking to appoint a Client Company Secretary Officer, to provide company secretarial services to the Relationship Management teams for client companies.

You will need a minimum of two / three years’ experience in a financial services Company Secretarial position or a role with exposure to Company Secretarial work, and be ICSA (or STEP) qualified.

You will have strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work as part of a team while being flexible and adaptable to change, and be proficient in the use of Microsoft applications to include MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

You will have the ability to work in a deadline / volume driven environment whilst maintaining accuracy and focus, the ability to drive and execute tasks and encourage others to do so, with a willingness to learn new skills and assist others to learn; taking responsibility for continuing self-development.
