We’re looking for a People Business Partner to join a team on an 18-month contract. This is a broad, hands-on role supporting HR activities across multiple jurisdictions – perfect for someone at the Senior Advisor level ready to step up, or an existing Partner keen to develop further.
The Role
- Provide HR advice across the full colleague lifecycle – recruitment, onboarding, performance, development, ER, reward, engagement, and wellbeing.
- Partner with managers to deliver consistent, commercial, and people-focused solutions.
- Contribute to group-wide initiatives, embedding company values and driving engagement.
- Use HR systems to streamline processes and improve ways of working.
About You
- CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent).
- Solid HR generalist experience with confidence across multiple areas.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, pragmatic, and tech-savvy.
