We are looking for an experienced Finance Systems Specialist to join a leading local firm. Acting as the primary point of contact for all clients, this role will ensure data integrity, user security, and system compliance with regulatory and AML requirements.
In this role, the individual will manage system upgrades, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with IT teams and vendors. They will lead implementation projects, test new functionalities, and support data migrations. The work will ensure minimal disruption to business operations. Additionally, the successful candidate will provide user training, create documentation, and support finance teams with data reporting and structuring financial data for analysis and compliance.
The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in a similar role within a professional services environment, with a strong understanding of legal finance operations and reporting tools such as SQL, SSRS, and Power BI. Strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and attention to detail are essential.
