Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Delivering high-quality, compliant customer service that supports positive outcomes.
  • Resolving customer complaints effectively, aiming for resolution at first point of contact.
  • Building constructive relationships to identify root causes of customer issues.
  • Ensuring all interactions comply with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Protecting customer confidentiality and maintaining data integrity.
  • Supporting operational risk management and contributing to continuous improvement.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service or complaints handling, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. They will be customer-focused, resilient, and able to manage sensitive situations with professionalism. The ability to apply policies and procedures consistently, while balancing fairness and compliance, will be essential.
