Finance Manager, Guernsey

A leading technology and communications business is seeking a proactive Finance Manager to take ownership of Capital Expenditure (Capex) and Operating Expenditure (OpEx) across the organisation. This role is central to supporting decision-making by providing high-quality financial analysis, governance, and insight. Key Responsibilities • Lead financial planning and analysis for Capex and OpEx, including budgets, forecasts, and cashflow. • Partner with project managers and operational leaders to influence decisions and ensure benefits realisation. • Support procurement with contract reviews and negotiations to drive efficiencies and cost savings. • Produce accurate reporting, dashboards, and variance analysis to inform business performance. • Ensure strong financial governance and audit readiness across all expenditure cycles. About You • A qualified accountant (or studying towards qualification) with hands-on finance experience. • Strong Excel and systems skills with the ability to analyse and present data clearly. • Excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills. • Motivated, collaborative, and able to challenge and influence senior stakeholders. • Experience in telecoms or technology is an advantage.
