2 or more years' experience in an IT-related role - professional qualifications highly desirable.
Ability to communicate effectively with external parties and staff at all levels.
Ability to maintain a professional approach
Experience supporting Active Directory & Entra ID platforms.
Experience supporting Office 365, Exchange Online and SharePoint Online
Experience in deploying and configuring user endpoints through Microsoft InTune and utilising Windows Autopilot.
To drive the role forward, the individual will be responsible for the installation, development, and ongoing support of hardware and software services provided by Sure's IT Team.
