We are seeking a proactive Assistant Administrator to join the Guernsey team. Reporting to the Business Support Manager, this role provides vital administrative support to the front office and client servicing teams, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities include assisting with filing, scanning, post handling, reception cover, liaising with external contractors, and supporting onboarding processes such as preparing IT equipment and induction materials. The successful candidate will also help with meeting room setups, ordering supplies, and coordinating user administration on external platforms. The role also involves contributing to projects and maintaining compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory obligations.

While previous experience in finance or facilities management is beneficial, it’s not essential. Candidates with strong transferable skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. You’ll need excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills, as well as a team-oriented approach.
