Site Manager/Site Foreman

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager/Foreman to join our team. As a Site Manager with Ravenscroft, you will work on some of the island’s most prestigious projects. From overseeing the day-to-day running of individual sites to managing a section or sub-contract packages on one of our larger sites, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional results. We are looking for someone with excellent management skills, commercial awareness, and a proven track record of delivering high quality projects on time and to budget. You will be responsible for the day to day management of both direct and sub-contract labour, whilst maintaining excellent communication with our clients and design teams. Key experience for the role · Minimum 3+ years’ experience as a Site Manager or Foreman. · Relevant qualifications in a trade or site management. · Proven track record in delivering commercially successful projects within the construction industry. · Understanding and experience in managing sub-contractors. Attributes · Diligent and meticulous with a focus on achieving high-quality results. · Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. · Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and contributes to a positive team dynamic. · Commitment to professional development and staying updated on industry best practices. · Knowledge of Microsoft Project would be an advantage.
