Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic and diverse team. As a QS with Ravenscroft, you will be involved with some of the island’s most prestigious projects. From providing budget estimates to managing costs, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional results. We are looking for someone with excellent commercial acumen and a proven track record of delivering commercially sound projects. You will be responsible for detailed cost control and recovery of value on projects, whilst maintaining excellent relationships with our clients, supply chain and sub-contractors. Key Experience for the Role · Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor. · Relevant qualifications in estimating/quantity surveying or a related field. · Proven track record in delivering commercially successful projects within the construction industry. · Thorough understanding and experience in administering JCT contracts.
