Join a leading fiduciary services provider as a contractor supporting the closure of companies and trusts. This is a 12-month contract role, with the potential to become permanent, and offers a valuable opportunity to work on legal and regulatory processes with a well-regarded international firm.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Managing the closure of companies and trusts in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Liaising with administrators, clients, intermediaries, and legal advisors to progress closure matters efficiently.
- Reviewing and filing termination documents and other legal paperwork.
- Monitoring tax clearance status and ensuring liabilities are settled appropriately.
- Overseeing asset liquidation and financial reconciliations.
- Maintaining up-to-date records and communicating clearly with stakeholders throughout the closure process.
- Ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
- Assisting with any other relevant tasks as required within the scope of the role.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in fiduciary or trust closure services and a strong understanding of legal and compliance processes. A relevant professional qualification, or progress towards one, is desirable. The successful individual will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
