Investments Our client is seeking an Investment Administrator to play a key role in their dynamic and challenging Financial Planning business. This full-time position involves regular interaction with Directors, Senior Management, other key personnel, and clients. The successful candidate will be engaged in a variety of activities essential for the smooth management of the client life cycle. Job Duties:
Assisting in the management of the client life cycle, including client onboarding Supporting Financial Advisers during ongoing client meetings and reviews Administering client records using various systems Preparing client reports Assisting with client and product provider instructions Helping to resolve client queries and requests where possible
Job Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills, exhibiting exemplary professional behaviour Sound analytical skills, reasoning ability, and attention to detail Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks Flexibility to manage multiple projects and handle tight deadlines Self-motivated and adept at working in a team environment Proficient with IT systems Enthusiastic and eager to foster a business culture of ‘doing it right first time’
