Trust Our client is seeking a Senior Trust Officer within the Private Wealth department on a permanent basis. This role will involve the effective and efficient administration of a portfolio of complex structures, engaging daily with clients and intermediaries. The successful candidate will report to the Associate Director/Manager and will proactively develop and build solutions to meet client needs while fostering long-term relationships. Job Duties:

Ensure the provision of exceptional service by the Wealth Structuring Group within agreed policies and procedures Actively contribute to the Wealth Structuring Team Build and maintain long-term client relationships, optimising client potential and delivering a consistent, seamless experience Advise clients to ensure their needs are fully met Uphold the organisation's core values Update, scan, file, and archive records as necessary per record retention policies Respond promptly to internal communications affecting operational matters Contribute towards the successful delivery of remediation and other approved projects, providing constructive feedback, and assisting in data input and administrative tasks Manage administration of client entities, ensuring all actions recommended by diary entries are fulfilled, including tax filings, performance reviews, and quarterly client calls

Job Requirements:

Strong specialist skill and technical knowledge related to the finance industry Comprehensive understanding of the broader business environment Proven competency in risk management and project management Ability to develop and implement systems for knowledge management Excellent time management and resource allocation skills Proficient in effective communication, both verbal and written Demonstrated capability in teamwork and relationship building Minimum of 6 years’ experience in finance industry business
