This role blends creativity with organisation, supporting the delivery of high-quality internal and external communications across a multi-jurisdictional professional services group. Working closely with the Group Head of Marketing and Communications, the successful candidate will help implement brand strategy, manage digital content, and contribute to key engagement campaigns.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting the delivery and publication of content across websites, email channels, and social media.
- Coordinating brand and channel developments, maintaining brand assets and imagery.
- Assisting with sponsorships, media plans, photo shoots, podcasts, and digital campaigns.
- Updating and maintaining website and online directory content.
- Preparing internal communications content and managing intranet news updates.
- Supporting internal events, staff updates, and engagement initiatives.
- Maintaining team metrics, processing invoices, and assisting with marketing reporting.
- Collaborating with business services teams to deliver consistent messaging and content.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably within a professional services setting. Strong written and verbal communication skills, a good eye for design, and experience publishing digital content are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic design tools is required, with experience in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Rush) considered an advantage. A degree in marketing, journalism or a related field is desirable.
