An exciting opportunity for an experienced Compliance professional to join a trusted fiduciary business, supporting the Head of Compliance in ensuring full adherence to regulatory and AML/CFT requirements.
You’ll play a key role in maintaining strong governance standards, advising the business, and helping to develop an effective risk control framework. This position offers a varied workload and the chance to contribute to meaningful projects within a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct compliance monitoring reviews and assist with risk assessments and CDD updates.
- Maintain compliance registers and assist with regulatory submissions and board reporting.
- Support new business onboarding and provide guidance on AML and fiduciary requirements.
- Review, enhance, and draft internal compliance procedures and contribute to training initiatives.
