A fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator to support senior leaders in a fast-paced professional services environment. The successful candidate will provide high-level executive assistance to directors, helping manage their time, communications, and key priorities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing proactive diary and inbox management.
  • Coordinating meetings, presentations, and events.
  • Preparing documentation, proposals, and reports.
  • Acting as a gatekeeper and key point of contact for directors.
  • Supporting the wider administrative team and contributing to client service excellence.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have proven experience supporting directors or partners in a professional services environment. Strong interpersonal skills, discretion, and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office are essential. A secretarial or business administration qualification is desirable.
