Rubis has an opening for a Customer Services Administrator in their busy Customer Services department in Guernsey.
Candidates should have good administration skills, preferably gained within a customer services environment, together with a high degree of IT literacy, in particular, proficiency at using Word, Excel and Outlook. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are also essential.
This is a varied role which will suit someone who enjoys workings as part of a friendly team and interacting with customers on the phone and in person.
