Responsibilities include:
- Administering pension schemes and maintaining accurate client and member records.
- Assisting with new joiners, leavers, retirements, and transfer processes.
- Preparing reports, client statements, and meeting documentation.
- Supporting senior administrators with day-to-day pension management and client communications.
You should be a proactive and detail-oriented individual who enjoys working with numbers and solving problems, have strong communication, organisation, and IT skills together with a positive, can-do attitude.
Experience in an office or administrative role would be advantageous, but our client would also welcome applications from junior or trainee candidates with good A-Level grades (C or above) who are eager to learn and develop.
