CSP/Administration, Part-time, Trust Our client is seeking a Senior Client Relationship Manager to be responsible for managing services to trust and company clients. The post-holder will report to the Head of Client Relationships and will be expected to access all appropriate resources to deliver the highest level of service. The position may be full-time or part-time, depending on the selected candidate's availability. Job Duties:

Manage and administer a portfolio of trusts and companies. Collaborate closely with the Head of Client Relationships to oversee the day-to-day administration. Ensure timely performance of administration, bookkeeping, accounts preparation, and fee collection with the assistance of colleagues when necessary. Maintain positive client relationships through excellent customer service. Actively contribute to the maintenance and development of client relationships. Review WIP reports and provide feedback as necessary. Oversee and input into the preparation of annual accounts for trusts and companies. Prepare receipts, payment statements, and asset statements. Liaise with beneficiaries, investment brokers, bankers, auditors, property advisers, agents, and lawyers as required. Draft Trustee Resolutions and Company minutes while preparing documents for signature by the Directors. Manage ad-hoc projects and take responsibility for personal development.

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of banking and investment procedures. Working knowledge of Trust and Company law requirements. Strong literacy and numeracy skills. Highly computer literate with proven accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to deal with clients in a professional manner. Strong prioritisation and delegation skills. Proven team-based skills, including leading a small team when required. A robust understanding of compliance and anti-money laundering requirements. Up-to-date with the market forces and able to work under pressure. Consistently adheres to deadlines. Clear understanding of local and tax legislation appropriate for the jurisdiction.
