IT Our client is seeking a dedicated IT Service Desk professional to join their team. This role will be full-time, with the expectation of supporting users and ensuring timely resolution of technical issues. The successful candidate will be integral in maintaining a seamless IT experience across the organisation. Job Duties:
Provide first-line support for IT-related queries and issues. Troubleshoot hardware and software problems. Assist users with system navigation and application support. Document and track issues in the ticketing system to ensure proper follow-up and resolution. Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate complex issues when necessary. Conduct regular system checks to ensure operational efficiency. Provide training and guidance to users on new processes or systems.
Job Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar IT support role. Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and software applications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented approach.
