Funds Our client is seeking a Manager, Funds to join their team in a leadership capacity. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for instilling a client service mentality while promoting a strong business development culture within the team. By embodying the company's core values, you will inspire and guide your team to achieve exceptional results. You will take ownership of a high-value client portfolio, ensuring the effective management and achievement of all business KPIs. In addition, you will oversee the administration of client entities, focusing on delivering quality service and maintaining profitability. Your role will also involve managing the team’s commercial objectives, including revenue targets and cash collections. You will provide technical support to team members and oversee complex client transactions, while ensuring compliance with applicable laws, company policies, and risk management processes. Job Duties:
Take personal responsibility for a high-value client portfolio. Ensure all business KPIs are effectively managed and achieved. Oversee the administration of client entities within the portfolio. Manage the team’s commercial objectives, including revenue targets and cash collections. Provide technical support to team members and oversee complex client transactions. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, company policies, and risk management processes.
Job Requirements:
ICSA or ACCA qualified, or possess a relevant professional qualification. Previous relevant industry experience in Fund Services. Excellent understanding of relevant laws, duties, and best practices in Fund Administration. Demonstrated leadership ability with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Knowledge of laws and taxation impacts on fund structures in related jurisdictions.
